Specifications:

  • 15HP to 75HP 230V/460V/3PH Saw motor

  • Standard arbor size is 3-15/16" diameter x 72" long with 1-15/16" precision bearings. Special arbor lengths available up to 108".

  • 8 Steel feed rollers are driven top and bottom, giving positive, non-marking feed and long roller life (optional polyurethan rollers are available)

  • Fixed feed speeds from 20-150fpm.

  • 79fpm standard. Variable speed feed is available.

  • Uses 10" diameter 4-3/16" bore blades.

  • Rip 1/8" to 1-1/4" thick with 10" diameter blades. (Custom builds available with 12" and 14" diameter blades allow ripping of material up to 3-3/4" thick.

  • Foot print: 40" x 96"

  • Working height: 47-1/4"

  • Dust ports: 4"(2x), 8"(1x)

  • Blades mount to arbor using precision collars which allow setup changes of 10-15minutes.

  • Optional: Arbor change out carts allow setup changes in 4 minutes

  • Electro-magnetic are used for back stops and these are quickly energized using toggle switches

  • Flexible Shafts allow maximum drill head movement without having to move drill motors

  • Cam Action End Stop for quick setting of one stop

  • Flex Shafts support drill heads for less movement during setup
